Waterfall Wednesday

It’s the middle of a hectic week for me, and this evening reality set in, hunker down, focus on my tasks at hand, and own the rest of this week. One day at a time!

Living in coastal northern California you have the 1, which is all that and more. Drives down the coast never fail to evoke a sense of calm, happy to share some of the photos from a drive back in June!

A few shots in The ‘A’

I recently had the privilege of catching up with an old friend for a birthday in Atlanta. It was great to spend a few days catching up. We went and checked out the street art popping up throughout mid-town and along the beltline on the way to The Martin Luther King Jr National memorial. Along the way we enjoyed Piedmont park, checked out a local community center and gardens(excellent squash btw).  By all means, visit Atlanta, Georgia!

Travertine Hot Springs

If and when you find yourself traveling on US 395 between Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, in the vicinity of Bridgeport CA, take a load off and rest your Ojos in the Travertine hot springs which feature multiple pools and vistas for days. This is by far the easiest and most accessible natural hot spring I’ve found.  Beware of glass and bring an extra bag 🙂

Capturing the fun, at an event for the Communication Integration Foundation hosted by Tonic in San Francisco in July.

We are dedicated to helping people access technology and education services. All of our projects are created in partnership with leaders and activists in the local communities we serve. Through our work with these communities, we hope to see real social progress, economic development and to improve the quality of life for children, youth, and adults. In the giving mood Donate !
